The Pennsylvania Bipartisan Climate Initiative is a 501(c)(3) registered public charity. We work to educate citizens about their constitutional rights to a livable environment under Pennsylvania’s powerful Environmental Rights Amendment, and public officials of their constitutional obligations as trustees for the environment.

THE MISSION
Our mission is the implementation of the Pennsylvania Environmental Rights Amendment, through a coordinated public education effort to take effective steps toward mitigation of emissions of greenhouse gases and adaptation to climate change. The ERA is a powerful source for protecting communities throughout the Commonwealth, especially the most vulnerable.
